Having held many roles over the years, from paperboy to warehouse operative, I am currently the IT Services Manager for an secondary academy in Norfolk, UK. With a passion for all things technical, I take great pride in my work and the support I give my users on a daily basis.
I have been a Member of the BCS (British Computer Society) since 2007 and a Technician Member of the IET (The Institution of Engineering and Technology) since 2013.
